Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is essential in ensuring the financial operations run smoothly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 3-way matching to ensure accurate invoice processing.
• Code invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process check runs efficiently.
• Handle 1099 paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Process ACH wire transfers to manage payments effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Work Hours:

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday during the first shift.

Additional Details:

The salary range for this position is $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
